To register each student MUST have a DIAM ID Code.  
Once you have a DIAM ID Code, (Apply for one  HERE) please enter your code in any available time slot in the links below and complete the remaining fields.  

ROCK BAND (45 mins rehearsals on Tue, Wed and Thu  7:15am, 8:00am)  **Both times (7:15am and 8:00am) must be booked for a day to become available

2025 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Families commit to all lessons in the term.  This allows a student sufficient time to develop a good home practice routine and to build confidence and proficiency.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required each term by the end of Week 2.

• Invoices are issued 2 weeks before the start of term.
• All invoices are due for payment 4 weeks from date of issue.
• Any invoice remaining unpaid at end of Week 2 will incur a 10% late payment fee.
• Any invoice remaining unpaid at the end of term will result in the loss of the lesson timeslot.  The timeslot will be offered to another student.
• If a student starts lessons part the way through the term, they will be allowed the same 4-week payment window.  All invoices are due for payment 4 weeks from date of issue.

DIAM one on one tuition fees are based on the Music Teachers Association NSW minimum rates, see website HERE

MAKE-UP LESSONS

• Each student is entitled to one make-up lesson per term provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice has been given to the Music Tutor.
• A Music Tutor may postpone one lesson per term provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice has been given to the family.
• Zoom lessons are available when needed.

NOTICE REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW FROM ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS

• Enrolment is for the full term.
• Withdrawal in the middle of the term is not possible.
• If a student wishes to withdraw from the program, notice must be given in writing by the end of Week 5 of term in order to withdraw from the program from the following term.

NOTICE REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW FROM ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES
(Rock Band, Musical Theatre, Ensemble)

• Enrolment in a group activity implicitly covers the full calendar year.
• Families are asked to commit for the full year and to withdraw during the year only under exceptional circumstances.  Thank you for your understanding.
• If a student wishes to withdraw from the program, notice must be given in writing by the end of Week 5 of term in order to withdraw from the program from the following term.
